PNC Infratech has finalized two hybrid annuity mode (HAM) highway projects in Uttar Pradesh, signing concession agreements with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on July 16, 2026. The projects, totaling ₹3,483 crore, cover the four-lane development of the Barabanki–Mustafabad (₹1,728 crore) and Mustafabad–Biswariya (₹1,755 crore) stretches of NH-927. Both projects are slated for completion within 24 months, followed by a 15-year operational term, and will be executed by dedicated special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
